By accessing or using ZeonEdge's website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

ZeonEdge provides enterprise technology services including, but not limited to:

• DevSecOps & CI/CD Pipeline Management — Automated deployment, testing, and security integration • Cybersecurity Solutions — Threat detection, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response • Cloud Infrastructure Management — Multi-cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration, and optimization • Enterprise Email & Communication — Secure email hosting, SMTP services, and collaboration tools • VPN & Network Security — Enterprise VPN solutions, zero-trust network architecture • Software Development — Custom application development, SaaS solutions, and API integrations • AI & Machine Learning Services — Voice AI, natural language processing, and intelligent automation

Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services with reasonable notice.

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Account Security — Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access • Accurate Information — Provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated • Lawful Use — Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Acceptable Use — Not use our Services to distribute malware, send spam, conduct DDoS attacks, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, or engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users • Resource Limits — Respect allocated resource quotas and not attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate throttling • Intellectual Property — Respect the intellectual property rights of ZeonEdge and third parties when using our Services

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services • Engage in data scraping, data mining, or any automated data collection without explicit written permission • Use our email services for sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam) • Host, distribute, or link to content that infringes intellectual property rights • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

• Subscription Plans — Services are offered on monthly or annual subscription basis. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page • Payment Terms — Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law • Price Changes — We may change our prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing • Late Payments — Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended. A reactivation fee may apply for suspended accounts • Taxes — You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated • Free Tier — Certain services may be offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings at any time

• Uptime Guarantee — We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance • Support Response — Support response times vary by plan tier: Critical issues within 1 hour (Enterprise), 4 hours (Professional), 24 hours (Standard) • Data Backups — We maintain automated daily backups of all customer data with a 30-day retention period. Additional backup options are available for Enterprise plans • Disaster Recovery — Our infrastructure is designed with redundancy across multiple availability zones • Service Credits — In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in their service agreement

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• ZeonEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim • We are not liable for any interruption of service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control • Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind

• ZeonEdge IP — All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and proprietary technology of ZeonEdge remain our exclusive property • Your Content — You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to our Services • Feedback — Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation • Open Source — Some components may include open-source software governed by applicable license terms

Termination: • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms • Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days

Governing Law: • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan • Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Pakistan
